When previewing properties, I instinctively seek out pet amenities in a neighborhood: a quiet street or cul-de-sac, fenced yard, and pet door access. I look for veterinary clinics, boarding kennels, grooming salons, and pet stores in the area. Even if your quest is a downtown condominium, you will need access to pet sitters and proximity to parks.
